Validity period and activation

• Activation period : eSIM must be installed and activated within 30 days of purchase.

Installation and Setup Guide

• For iOS : Go to Settings > Mobile Services > Join eSIM, then scan the QR code. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

• For Android systems : Go to Settings > Internet & network > SIM card > Add eSIM, and then scan the QR code.

Important Reminder

• Installation timing : A QR code will be sent to your email after purchase. Please install the eSIM only when you are ready to start using it , as the plan will automatically activate and begin counting days once the eSIM is connected to a supported telecom network.

• Risk of early activation : If you are currently in an area covered by this eSIM, it may be activated immediately after installation, even if you have not yet reached your main destination.

• Data roaming : Please make sure to enable the "Data Roaming" function in your phone settings in order to connect to the Internet smoothly.

• Network speed : 5G service availability depends on network coverage in your area and your device specifications. If there is no 5G signal, your device will automatically connect to a 4G or LTE network.
